Thanks, all. I did have cake, lovely lemon drizzle, but luckily OH found it at Morrisons, just a slice in the 90% off section, so I was able to enjoy my half a slice without trying to resist the rest of a whole cake later!

Spent several hours at an ophthalmology appointment, not the greatest birthday treat - but preferable to poor Camilla having to spend hours at the state opening on her birthday!
