I would normally not care less whether Hancock is having an extramarital affair. But this woman is described as a millionaire lobbyist. Since when were lobbyists allowed to be aides to ministers? It just shows how deep the corruption runs in this government.

And it would be height of hypocrisy if Johnson sacked him for having an affair, and Johnson knows this. And, indeed, if he was sacked for having an affair with a lobbyist. So Johnson is in a bigger bind than Hancock.
 
Have to feel sorry for partners, both sides have 3 kids so embarrassing for them if school age or older.

Caught bang to rights so cant deny nowt happened, both cheats who's other half deserve better, let's see Hancock get out of this one.
 
OMG, I have just seen the pictures 😱 I initially thought it was just something like an affectionate peck on the cheek for a long-term friend, but it's a full-on snog 😱 I do feel sorry for his partner and family, who presumably have found out about it in the same way as the general public :( He'll bee under so much pressure, both in his professional and now personal life - is he really the person we want in charge of health during a pandemic? (rhetorical)

Johnson won't sack any minister (or advisor!), no matter how damaging their actions (Jenrick, Cummings, Williamson, Hancock, Patel, Gove are a few who immediately spring to mind :( )
