Got over Aussie flu after a few weeks in January, lost weight because I couldn't eat but decided to see doc as I was feeling knackered and lifeless....blood test was 20.7mmosomething 🙂
He put me on Gliclazide and gave me an accu bg tester....now down 5-10.
Not sure what type I have, having some more tests next week
Anyhoot, I've been hovering around this forum since and looks good on advice from people who've lived with this, thanks!

Well, seems like I'm type 2.....I have a lot to learn about this thing, I'll be skulking around 🙂

Welcome Brando

Thanks Martin!

Hello and welcome. As questions arise: just ask! Lots to get your head around at the moment but it does become less overwhelming and everyone here will be happy to help.
