Half pen finally here, no cartridges though. Good job got phone appointment with doctors pharmacist this afternoon

It will work the same as other pens, but now you can make adjustments to any dose by 1/2 units. That can make so much difference. Let us know how you get on.All sorted now spare pen and cartridges, hope I can work it now

Thank youScan pen with phone and change ithe note to "I did not inject this insulin" when you are doing an air shot and it will show as "Flow Check" - enter the carbs on the actual bolus dose - this is how it shows on Logbook:

I must admit I don't usually scan until I actually want to look at the values for some reason (so it can be a month or two between scans). They remember a lot of doses.You don’t have to scan it every time you can do it when it suits you
