Did anyone see the start of the new series last night? I fancy trying their Lasagne without pasta recipe.

Only me & hubby do you think it would freeze well if I made 3 lots of 2 portions (recipe for 6 portions & I'm c**p trying to adjust amounts to make a smaller size).

Yes, I saw it.
That lasagne looked tasty. I don't see why you can't freeze it, if you use fresh ingredients only. The only downside I can think of, that once defrosted, it might be a bit watery, unless you can cook it straight from the freezer 🙂
