Has anyone noticed their hair has changed since being on insulin ? Noticed mysrlf that my hair seems a bit curliet when it used to be dead straight, had my hair cut earlier and even my hairdresser said it seems to be getting curly and the texture seems to of changed too. Has anyone else noticed this with their hair ? X

My hair was falling out and getting very thin in the months before I was diagnosed. Since being on insulin it’s growing back, thank goodness. But I think it’s because I’m now healthy not especially because of the insulin.

No change to my hair since I started on insulin apart from more grey hairs but that's age rather than insulin.
I am slightly jealous because I always fancied curly hair but can't be bothered with a perm.

Mine has fallen out but it's taken 66 years and 57 years of insulin. What happened to that hippy?
