Type 2
Makes 2 portions...

Cook 13g of arborio rice in sugar-free cream soda until thick and creamy (10g carbs
Cool and stir into a Muller Light yogurt (15g carbs)
Divide into 2 glasses
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Chill
Enjoy!
