I read that as an ice cream bun and was thinking "what's one of those!" I'm a bit dozy today! Glad you enjoyed it Gail, you've made me want one now!
 
D'you know, you aren't tempting me at all? Could lick the cream and jam off and the birds could have the rest. Don't want a doughnut either, or at least, only about half an inch all round the jam. You're very welcome to it.

Now a big fat fresh cream meringue or a big fat fresh cream scone, or ditto millefeuille, or a custard slice or an eclair - well - that's totally different!
