Guess the hbA1c time yippppeee.

Right off to the surgery for my hbA1c today.So I had a blip in august it went up to 7.1 it was 6.6(march) and before that 6.4(december).I am going to take a stab that im back in the 6s cause my figures have been singular for a good while now(especially in the morning) with the odd 1 once in a blue moon.....Ill come back and add to the thread in about a weeks time.

Thanks all back now, thats how i like an appointment to go, a nice easy blood tests and a few questions about my diabetes.

p.s this will be my first hbA on diet and exercise alone ok.
