Hi All,

Well I've had my last Hba1c done for this pregnancy and will find out the results at my next appointment (which is the 8th jan). My last Hba1c was 6.3% (I think) over the last couple of months since my last result my blood sugars have been terrible the day before yesterday my bg level 2 hours post breakfast was 20.1! 😱 so I'm thinking it'll be above 7.

All the best for the 8th Emma, my next appointment is 15th for bloods then 25th with my specialist - gotta get rid of the rubbish I've eaten and drank over the past week before then!
 
Hi Emma, I hope it's not as bad as you fear, and comes in at 6.7%🙂

Good luck to you too Ron - it's cruel giving people tests just after the festivities!😱😉

I didn't get told at my appointment my hba1c so only found out today by email that it's 6.5% which is good still I thought it was going to be a lot worse than that. Hopefully I can get it going the other way again once my little girl is born.

Good result well done - that was a really long wait to find out though, not good.
 
6.5 is a marvellous number, I dream of the day mine is that good. Well done Emma.
