Stroke services at Grimsby's Diana Princess of Wales Hospital are to close after an NHS report described them as "inadequate".

It was one of 14 NHS trusts investigated over higher than expected death rates.

A report by Prof Sir Bruce Keogh called for an urgent review of the hospital's out of hours stroke service.

The trust which runs it said all acute stroke services would be temporarily transferred to Scunthorpe Hospital.
