Well done on getting into remission. Hopefully I will be in your position some day.
Anecdotally all the people I know personally who have got into remission have been male.

Welcome to the forum @Copper's dogsbody

Congratulations on getting your diabetes into remission.

Which forms of exercise suit you best? And what approach do you favour when aiming for weight loss? Are you a low carber, or more focussed on calories?

With the dog I get at least 4 - 6 miles a day. Additionally I try to do two exercise session a week from Zoom/UTube. I've just finished the Living Well Move More program. Luckily my local group run a weekly nutrition session so I look after my overall diet, not just carbs or cals as I.m trying to keep my blood pressure down as well.

Hello and welcome to the forum 🙂
