Found these on a rare trip to Waitrose. I have really missed crisps since diagnosis and I find pork scratchings are a bit dense and 'wet' for my liking.
These are puffed up so much lighter and they are virtually carb free.

I quite like these as well, but have them as an occasional treat as I'm wary of stuff that contains saturated fat.
 
I know what you mean. I'm trying to lose weight, as well as trying to get my bg down for my first hba1c check since diagnosis, which should be in a few weeks.
I only bought 2 bags so I couldn't eat more. They were delicious though

Love these. Love pork stachings. I had some very disappointing pork stachings in a bar on Saturday night. They were soft and not salty!
 
I hate soggy pork scratchings, so these made them edible. Just glad I don't have a Waitrose too near as I would be buying them a lot.
