I had a bad hypo on the way home from work on Tuesday night and parted company with my brand new contour next link meter somewhere along the way. I only had a few test strips left for my old meter, so rang Bayer yesterday morning to see if they could replace the one I'd lost. It arrived this morning by first class post. Carelessness from me, fab support from Bayer. Thank you! 🙂
