When I was diagnosed in April 2022, my results were awful 93 , I was put on met Formin , but after reading post on this forum , losing 22kg and following advice , yesterday my bloods came back at 46 , to say I was pleased was an understatement, so newbies out there if can be done , and thanks for advice on here!

Wow! Many congratulations! What fantastic results both in terms of weight loss and massive HbA1c reduction.
Thankyou so much for posting as I am sure it will motivate and inspire others and most importantly give them hope when they are at the start of their journey with diabetes and feeling a bit overwhelmed, as we all were.
Have you any plans to celebrate or reward yourself in some way? Another lady yesterday I think treated herself to a beautiful new bracelet to mark her amazing achievement. You have every right to be extremely proud of yourself so
WELL DONE!!
