Exclusive GPs have been beset by a ‘catalogue of problems' in paying practices and ‘unacceptable administrative errors' after PCT back-office functions were outsourced through a controversial joint venture between the Government and a private firm.

I wonder whether this has anything to do with the fact that since Day 1 whenever I ring for pump supplies (cannulas, reservoirs etc) 'There's a 'Hold' on your account' ?

They still send me all the stuff, the bill must be mounting up quite a bit I should think by now ......
