That is utterly dreadful Susie :( Have you contacted PALS since you have had no response?

Hope the foot does not cause you too much problems, I am horrified that it got so far without a proper diagnosis. I have been diagnosed for justy over 3 years, yet I suspect I could have at the very least have considered it as a cause.
 
Most of my education, and what to, be aware of, has come from here.

With a smile on my face I told my GP that the DN had heavely restricted my strips and that I bought some off ebay, to determine what food I could/could not eat, hoping they weren't fakes. I thought he would be appalled, nope.:(
