Tghankyou

we cant access our medical record online but its protocol at my surgery that someone rings you apparently if the tests are not just HBA1c regardless of whether the results are good or not so good. I think this only right.
Sounds very inefficient. Is your surgery refusing to give you online access? I would complain to the Practice Manager as it's an NHS instruction that they must provide access.

All surgeries are still not doing this.

Very true.

I was so cross yesterday a GP in London was telling all and sundry everyone could ring their GP Surgery, tell the receptionist your problem if you know it but anyway you only have to say you need to discuss with a GP and a GP will ALWAYS ring you back. If Only that were true!
