i applied for the gov vitamin D which arrived a few days ago and have just started taking it.

daft me forgot that i had applied for it and when a package came i heard a noise coming from it after shaking it and thought my god it is broken in loads of bits once opened i then realised what it was. the tablets are really small so easy to take i am so not good with taking these big capsules or large tablets which herbal stores seem to sell.

i had actually bought some vid d but think it was way too strong and it seemed to be acting funny so that is for the dumping.

it is unfair all of the country should be allowed the same esp in these extraordinary times
 
I spoke to a GP as I haven't been out since March last year (anxiety and contamination OCD during a pandemic sucks!) and he told me what I should be taking but as I'm the age I am etc they weren't looking at prescribing it, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I probably won't be able to factor in vitamins or supplements on the budget I'm facing so I do slightly envy those that can get it that way but that's not saying that I hate you all for it! LOL xx
