Just an update on Cameron.
We were at a clinic appointment today and they seem to be happy with our progress. His figures were running on the high side last week and with a small change seemed to be running rather low over the weekend..(3.8)!..we've tweeked them again today and hopefully he will stablise..
I've set myself a goal of getting back to work this Friday so we are now returning to normal. After the initial shock of everything I feel as if we have turned a corner and are now a bit more sure of ourselves and the medication. Cameron has kept up his sports swimming/football and has got all his old energy back... that insulin certainly has some magic in it!.

All sounding very good Carol - great to hear! 🙂 I remember very well what an enormous difference it made when they first gave me insulin, good to hear he has his energy back! I was also VERY hungry for a few weeks after diagnosis but that settled down 🙂
