Last time I had a private visit to a chiropadist, and that was years ago.

Bit nervous as I do have some nail problems, am I likely to get any treatment today, or just a examination?

Not sure how to even pronounce it, is it podeeatrist or podeyeatrist:confused:

I pronounce it the second way 🙂 There's nothing to be nervous of, nothing hurts, and if things tickle then that's good! They might do treatment there and then, it varies and also depends on how much work needs doing I suppose.

Something to make you smile before you go:

:D

p.s. they don't use pins, but flexible nylon strands, but that's hard to find a rhyme for 🙂

I guess they could carry out very quick treatment, but probably it'll be an examination only.

I've always thought pronounciation is pod-eye-atrist. Less choice with how to pronounce chiropodist....

When I went they told me I had a fungal infection in one of my nails and told me what to get. They said as my foot care qwas otherwise good they wouldn't need to see me again unless I was havng problems.

Cheers guys, "eye" it is then.

My DN did the tickle bit, but forgot to tell me to shut my eyes.:D

I was hoping for nail treatment, so perhaps next time. Rather hoped they would have prescription medicines for fungal infection.
