Yay, had a relatively good day yesterday and good night! Talking to you lovely people and getting your support and 'pep talk' , the penny's started dropping.

@Inka , it was what you said about taking it slow. I realised I was trying to knock off the highs too quickly I think, getting myself into trouble then with lows. I was determined to work out the calculation itself for my ratio s that I do know work and out them into practice. Still a little on the high side but I can fine tune that more with my dB nurse next week when she looks at my stats.
