Ahhhh. I've just had my first 11. I've managed to stay pretty much in the 6 zone since loosing weight and realy trying hard with my carbs but I ate cornflakes for breakfast and tested out of curiousity scared myself .
 
There's a cereal killer on the loose 🙂
A one off wont do you any harm and at least you now know what cereals do to blood sugars. So look on the positive side.
 
If you don't test you don't know...it's the only way to find out because we're all different 🙂
