I got a call asking if I wanted to go on the local PDAC course for adjusting etc in early 2011. Just need to find out the where & when

Great news! On my course we covered all aspects of diabetes - sex, drugs, alcohol, insulin, food, carb counting, ratios, complications, retinopathy scans, podiatrists etc.! 🙂

Sounds like the DAFNE course I did some years ago? If it is, it will be great! I can honestly say it was life changing! My course covered all the basics (how to check & adjust background insulin, insulin / carb ratios, exercise, carb counting, how to cope when ill, etc etc.
