inviting me to 2 two hour information sessions on living with diabetes and the long term effects . quite looking forward to it have lots to ask lol only problem is they are not till and of jan and early feb . :D

I went to 3 sessions when i was diagnosed...it was called "diabetes and you" very informative all about diet exercise and how to look after yourself especially feet and eyes... hope you enjoy it, don't be afraid to ask questions they are there to help!!
