I lost my expert meter and thought that's it I wont be able to get another one,was going to ask dsn about at my appointment tomorrow but the clinic rang today to say they had to cancel it as my dsn was off sick so I mentioned it to the lady on the phone and she said of course I can have another one just go pick it up,i dint have to do that even, my sis in law was already at the hospital so she picked it up for me.🙂
 
Last week my micro let lancet thing died. Wouldn't fire at all. Luckily I had a spare at work.
DSN would do nothing about it. Decided to ring bayer, had a new one by first class post the following morning. They were fab about it and I told them so 🙂
 
That is brilliant, must be a relief for you too.
