Just been for my second lot of blood test results since diagnosis. Doctor very pleased with me. Gone from 80's down to 61, and Cholesterol gone from 5.5 down to 3.1. To go back for next tests in 3 months, and to keep on doing as I am. I was a bit surprised myself as I've been finding it hard to keep out of the biscuit tin lately!! Just have to try and keep it up now. Easier said than done. Isabel 🙂

Belladonna thats brillaint well done on all results, have a lovely weekend x

Great job, keep up the good work..............🙂

That's the way to go, look at the biscuit tin and think of your results, that should be motivation enough.

Well done😎

I did have to transfer it over to old money😱 But a pat on the back for you, no wonder your doctor was pleased with you, you've really done well in a short time...

Keep it up..

well done 🙂

thanks everyone for your good wishes. It hasn't been easy, and sometimes feel like I want to "break out" and eat anything and everything, but know in the end I would just be hurting myself. Its so good to have the support of the good people on this forum. Diabetes is the pits, but we are all in it together. xx Isabel
