Hi everyone, I just want to thank everyone who has given me advice when I’ve panicked about my type2 diagnosis 8 weeks ago. My bloods figure was 78, and I’ve just got the news today that as well as losing one and a half stone, my number is now 50, I’m so chuffed x

Well done @Poppyqueen
You have clearly got your head round what you need to do to get your levels under control, and it is working. Well done.

Fantastic work! Well done. You should be suitably proud of yourself and hope you have a little treat (ideally non food) or celebration planned. Very few carbs in a glass of dry wine, champers or spirits. Cheers to you! 😉

Well done keep it up x
