Type 2
Three months and I have managed to get BM test down to 5 - 10. Much better than 22,9. I am now following a whole food veggie diet and have lost a stone in weight. Feeling more awake and alert never feel hungry Thank you all for your encouragement back in June. Watch this space for a shrinking type 2.

Congratulations.
Always inspiring to hear about someone changing their lifestyle and feeling like a new person because of it.

That’s brilliant @MEM. Good for you! 🙂

Good to hear of your success. Wishing you continued success.

Well done @MEM, that's great going! I haven't gone veggie but I'm eating less meat than I used to. Cheese (forbidden or limited on other diets) features largely which is fab for me. Keep up the good work, and happy shrinking! :D

Great news @MEM !

Glad to hear your hard work is paying off 🙂
