Well done. Were you initially on pills? What type of diet contributed to your successful weight loss?

No, I declined pills as I wanted to do it myself, I followed weight watchers and counted points, initially when diagnosed I was cutting baked beans and bread etc out as I thought they were increasing my sugars, but I soon realised that as long as I counted things and had carbs in moderation then my sugars dropped down and have stayed down ever since, it was pure greed that was increasing my sugar levels and now I have anything I fancy in moderation

As soon as I cut sugar down my weight dropped off really quickly, 2.5st in 14 weeks, I counted every single thing I ate
