I saw my DN today for my latest results. My HbA result has gone down from 7.6% to 6.9%. I've lost 4 lbs in weight and my waist measurement is 1 inch less. She was very pleased with me and I don't have to see her again until Feburary. She wants me to have another blood test though in October. I don't need medication at the moment and she is happy as long as my HbA stays below 7%.🙂🙂
