Hi Guys,

Long time no hear - apologies for missing the London meet. I thought it was in late November. How is everyone doing? I am ok, just has my results from my HbA1c and it was 45; Cholestrol was 4.2 more or less the same since my last test. I now get them every six months rather than 3 months. So everything is going ok. I am working in a permanent job and it sure does boost your mood and overall well being.
