Hi! My names Doug, im 45 and live and work in Southampton on the sunny south coast :D
Ive been Diabetic since leaving the Army in 1995, also im type 1 dependant. Cant say i enjoy being Diabetic, just cant seem to grasp the ups and downs of everything we have to learn. 😡
 
Hi Doug, and welcome! And very sunny it was today too! There's an awful lot to learn, and so much is trial and error - getting to know what works and doesn't work for you. There's a wealth of experience here though, so anything you want to know, someone's bound to be able to help.
 
Welcome, I hope you find it useful here, although I dont imagine you will log on again tomorrow as you had the sunniest and warmest weather on the solent in the country today didnt you?! Enjoy!🙂
