I have been discharged from seeing a diabetes specialist at my last appointment. My Hba1C was 45, so gone up very slightly from the previous test, but only by one. So now I only have to see my D Nurse at the practice. As previously said my last 10 days has not been good due to my father being in hospital, blood test was taken prior to dad being admitted, but good news is he has been discharged today so I can start on the straight and narrow again and also start losing weight to get off this last stone (although it will probably be slightly more now).

Lots of good news there Lorraine! 🙂 Pleased to hear that Dad has been discharged 🙂
