The good news is that my consultant has taken me off Glucopage as my last HBA1C was 48 and he was happy with that, but he said that my kidney function wasn't working correctly and hasn't been for some time, and he was going to have a word with his colleage in nephrology. Well, talk about quickness, the kidney consultant called me back yesterday to discuss my situation, and is aranging for an ultrasound scan, possibly next week!, and my consultant rang me back to check on what he had proposed! With all the other important things going on currently, I think the NHS is doing an excellent job in very difficult circumstances.

Hello Edgar long time since we heard from you, as Robin says hope they can sort you out.

Good to hear that they are taking care of you. Hope all goes well

That's quick! Excellent. 🙂
