It’s the app My fitness pal so you add your own meals. I did try the meal plans but too high in carbs Ned plan and the others all meaty or things that fid not suit. So I do before n two hours. Lots affect me though. In the garden I think I overdo the arthritis pain adds to it . I journal a lot to see how I feel what going on . I still cannot really settle below seven and average about 9 so as long as below ten . I’m still not back on a Ned . I’ll get there.
