Am that determined to get my blood sugars in the range 5-8 so have decired to go back right too the begining as if i had only just been dx and for that i need your help what books would you reconmend i need something alone the lines of what diabetes is and something along the food side of it Open to suggestions i have my next hospital appioment in june last time my HbA1c had gone from 12 to 7.2 and i would love to see it go down futher So any help would be very much appricated
 
Gail, that sounds like a great idea - back to basics and a fresh start! 🙂

I am not familiar with the best books for type 2, but I'm sure someone will be along soon with some recommendations.

I think it's something we could all do every so often if we need to. Just to keep reminding ourselves or just getting the latest news and updates to help us as much as possible.
