I was listening to my local radio early this morning and was amazed to hear a woman who was either a Dietitian or nutritionist. I wasn't really listening till I heard her say carbohydrates cause weight gain, then I was all ears.
She was actually recommending LC and what I call normal fats, she also said she recommended her clients had only two portions of fruit a day and that berries were best then have three portions of veg.
She also explained that sugar is often added to things labelled low fat, to make them more palatable.
Their was a lot more , all of which many of us do on here
Perhaps the word is getting out there.

Sounds like it..... That is news indeed, thanks

Let's hope this becomes more widespread! 🙂 Why they cling to the old thinking when it clearly isn't working, is beyond me 🙄 I expect the food lobby stands to lose most if they have to totally rejig their approach to products they want to sell us.
