Every so often I need to do a few months on gluten free food. On holiday recently we found many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets doing gluten free food - at the same price as regular food. When I buy the products back here I pay a much increased price in Sainsburys, ie tiny loaf at £2! :(

The cost all 'free from' foods is ludicrous. I know some people eat them through choice, but most buy them for good medical reasons. The manufacturers are being very greedy, I think.
I recently bought a packet of pastry mix - a new brand and left a review on their website which included a comment on the price. Not surprisingly that review isn't there any more.😡
