Hello,

Does anybody have the Glucomen LX 2 meter and the Glucomen Lite App? I have been sent the Bluetooth device to upload my results to my phone. I get the message that the upload was complete but no results are showing. Is anybody able to advise me on this please?

I have not but have you tried contacting Glucomen they maybe able to help.

I have it's not the app it's the pairing of the Bluetooth adaptor. Go into your phones / pad Bluetooth setting on your phone and unpair the adaptor, Then open the lite app, making sure you select the right one, which should be the low power Bluetooth adaptor.

In the app select receive and you should get the Bluetooth start icon, press the start icon, you will then see searching for BT plus, on the adaptor press the button for around a second and the green start light should flash. The app should then show it's searching for the adaptor, then connected to the adaptor. The next message the app will show is waiting for down load of results (or similar). The app should then show it's down loading results. followed by the green tick.

If this does not work go back into phones Bluetooth setting and unpair again, repeat the above only this time on the adaptor hold the button in for 4 seconds until the led flashes again and the app should work.

Always start the app searching for the Bluetooth adaptor before pressing the button on the adaptor as I found this what works the best.

Just messed up my connections, and back to where you are, will be able to update when reconnected as it's being a bit stubborn at the moment.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, make sure pairing has been unpaired, and as my first post only leaving a couple of minutes to allow the Bluetooth adaptor to switch off fully and unplugged from the meter. Which has worked to get mine reconnected, only needed to press the button on the adaptor for a second until the first flash of the light on the adaptor.

Trying to connect to many times quickly appears to confuse either the meter / adaptor of phone, made worse by having two meters, connected which is why the need to allow the adaptor to fully switch off, adding to the confusion.

You may also get a message on the screen asking if you want to save / allow the meter to be saved, select yes.
