Hi All,

Has anybody downloaded the GLUCOFACTS Deluxe software for use with their Bayer Contour / Bayer Contour USB & if so what do you think of it?

I think it's great. I've had this meter for a while now and really like to see how my diabetes control overall is and looking at the graphs and pie chart motivates me to keep as good control as i can 🙂

I use the contour USB meter, which I find is excellent, not only the software which works on my mac, most, if not all the others tend to be only PC usable.

I also like the aspect of the meter, that it will provide14/30 averages as well as the log of BS levels.

All in all an excellent meter, also consider this whilst the meter cost ?20-25 depending on the current discount you do get a tub of 50 strips, which probably works out at ?20-25 a shot😎

If it only records 30 day averages, does it actually have a longer memory (just thinking about needing 90 days memory re driving)

Glucofacts will provide data from the previous week, 1/2/3 months or all readings entered

I've had my Contour USB for about a year and love it! The software is great for spotting patterns and is very simple to use, wouldn't be without it now 🙂
