The United Nations are holding a summit for Non Communicable Disease (NCD) to develop a Global Plan to fight against NCDs. As part of this global plan, discussions are being held on the need for a National Diabetes Plan.

To meet this need, a Global Diabetes Survey has been set up and if you are involved in the management of diabetes, we would like your input. The survey is a structured annual evaluation which will report the degree of implementation of National Diabetes Plans worldwide.

I've registered but the website as it stands seems to be aimed at professionals. I presume I'll get an email when the survey questions are finalised. Assuming the questions will be relevant to UK patients.
