Twice this week, Monday and Sat a.m. I forgot my pills, and feel lousy today, tired, weeing lots and sore joints, is the sore joints connected? so annoyed with myself :(

What are your blood sugar levels like Will? If they are above normal that would probably explain the extra trips to the loo. Not sure if sore joints would be caused by it though, might need a trip to the GP if it persists. I forgot my insulin this week so I know how annoying it is! Hope you are feeling fighting fit again very soon 🙂

I hope you are feeling better. I forget to take my pills sometimes too and find myself drinking lots of water and peeing.

The sore knees are probably not connected with not taking the pills. If the pain is persistent see your doctor. Is there any time when it is worse or better? Does it follow any particular activity? Hopefully if it is just tierdness it will sort itslef out, but for peace of mind it is always worth getting advice.

I find the only way I can remember to take all the pills when I should is to set reminders on my moby (I always have it with me). They tell me when to take what pill and what dose to take, otherwise I will forget. I'm not sure whether I forget because my memory is really bad, or because I resent having to take them and would rather not think about it. At least I pay attention to the reminders! Maybe Freud can work that one out.
