I'm thinking of buying myself a GI pocket-book. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated x
 
there are a few

Hi I found several at the 'works' book shop but the stock changes from week to week == otherwise look on amazon
Anthony Worral Thomson produced books after he became diabetic --- I found little help in the book shops
