Hi all,

Looking for recommendations for a decent low GI book to start off with (I've finally finished reading through everything else :D)

Thanks in advance :D

Have you read The GL Diet for Dummies? GL is like GI, but takes portion size into account also e.g. melon has a high GI, but it is mostly water so you need to eat an enormous amount of it in order to affect your levels as the GI might suggest.

Hi Shambles, have you looked in the recommended books section? Hopefully you will find something there.

All of the for Dummies books I have got are well written with an element of fun and humour so I'd go with Northerners suggestion
