Just strained and bottled the damsons picked in the summer and steeped in vodka. Also infused the cappings from my beehive frames to extract the last bits of honey.(beekeepers perks) in vodka. Sould be ready to share a tipple with our friends an20241113_111751.jpgd family over the festive season

You are welcome :D I did a test tasting (purely for research purposes) and they both taste good.
