Its been downhill all the way, from the moment being hauled into my manager's office to be told that there was an issue, her words were, When I had a hypo I wasn't pulling my weight!
My last hospital appointment didn't go well at all, and a subtle threat of stopping my pump funding if things didn't improve etc, but they have agreed to fund a Libre and I'm just going through the process at the moment.
To help motivate me I've joined the Million Step Challenge something to aim for, and more exercise is going to help me in many ways, but still concerned whether I will find the motivation I really really need, to check BG's and be proactive in rebuilding my control etc.
I know if I increase my hypo's in work, it won't go down well and could land me back at occupational health, quite funny last time they gave their recommendations but manager actually I don't think ever read the outcome as never had another meeting with her, I assume somebody sussed that if they decided that I couldn't continue with my role, they just couldn't sack me, they would have to buy me out of my contract!
So any help/advice how to get the mojo back again to do what I need to do, will be appreciated
