Make some substitutions for those things with foods you can, if they are higher carb then put less in so you are keeping the carbs about the same or then have a smaller portion.

Wish it was so simple ! Quite a complicated and challenging condition. As I have had throat cancer and Gerd can lead to a reoccurance if caution and control not exercised.

Hi, the list is huge, best to google coz its so long. I am learning to combine some foods which neutralise the effect.

I know the general principles but it would be helpful if you said a little about what foods you can eat, especially as you’ve had other issues.

What were you eating before your diabetes diagnosis?
