Most coleslaws are smothered in mayonnaise, and the 'low fat' ones are often higher calorie than the Basic cheapo supermarkets brands. Here's a very low-fat version, almost free on Slimming World.
Finely shredded white cabbage (a generous handful)
Grated carrot
Half a grated onion
Very finely grated garlic
100g Lake District Cheese Company Quark
2 tablespoons ultra low fat mayonnaise (total 2 syns)
Mix the onion, garlic, quark and mayonnaise together. Stir in the cabbage and carrot. Chill for half an hour.
