Dear Forumers,
So I've had a pain in my side for a wee while and was worried it was my liver. Just been to see Doc who thinks its more likely to be gallbladder. I've done a bit of googling and it would seem that quick weight loss can affect the gallbladder which was one of my symptoms and I've read various reports on eating or not eating fat. Since I'm on the LCHF diet which has really controlled my BG I know I'm not going to give up fat. I also read that its not the fat you eat, necessarily, but the processing of glucose into fat which impacts the GB. I'm just wondering who out there might have had similar experiences or more certain knowledge?
